Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products confidently.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
Assist in billing, packaging, and ensuring smooth checkout.
Manage customer feedback and escalate concerns to the ASM when required.
Store Operations
Support in daily store opening and closing activities.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling at the POS.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and replenishment.
Assist with inward and outward stock movement as per SOPs.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Visual Merchandising & Product Knowledge
Maintain product displays and follow brand VM guidelines.
Stay updated with product features, new launches, and ongoing promotions.
Share customer insights and product feedback with the team.
Teamwork & Conduct
Work closely with the Store Manager/ASM and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Uphold brand values, grooming standards, and professional conduct.
Be punctual, responsible, and proactive during shift hours.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of retail or customer service experience
(fashion, lifestyle, or electronics preferred).
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic computer knowledge (POS operations, Excel familiarity is a plus).
Flexible to work
weekends, holidays, and shifts
as per mall timings.
