Profile - Store Executive

Qualification

- Any Graduate

- Min. 3+ yrs. as a store executive with complete knowledge

Maintain stock of electrical components (wires, cables, switches, panels, motors, transformers, tools, etc.) as per requirements.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Carry out physical verification of stock on a regular basis. Ensure proper storage to prevent damage, rust, or deterioration of electrical items
Receive incoming materials from suppliers, check quality and quantity against purchase orders.

Maintain Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and record all incoming stock. Issue required materials to production, maintenance, or project teams against approved requisitions. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) / LIFO methods where applicable
Work on ERP, SAP, or store management software for digital record keeping.

Implement best practices in inventory management. Assist in periodic internal and external audits.
