Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate stock records in SAP and perform daily transactions (GRN, GI, stock transfer, reservations).
Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation between physical vs. SAP stock.
Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
2. Material Receiving & Issuance
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation.
Prepare GRNs in SAP.
Issue materials to production/other departments against authorized requisitions (via SAP).
Maintain FIFO/FEFO and ensure compliance with storage guidelines.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain all store documents such as inward/outward registers, delivery notes, and inspection reports.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly SAP inventory reports.
Coordinate with finance for stock valuation and audit requirements.
4. SAP Operations (Mandatory)
Perform SAP MM transactions (GR, GI, Transfer Posting, Material Master viewing, etc.).
Create and manage reservations, purchase requisitions, and stock reports in SAP.
Resolve SAP-related issues with internal IT/SAP support team.
5. Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with procurement, quality, logistics, and production teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in store processes.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
