Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage inventory of engineering materials, tools, and equipment.

Issue and receive materials as per requisitions and update records accurately.

Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests for timely replenishment.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly stock registers (manual & digital).

Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements.

Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in store management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of engineering materials, tools, and consumables.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/Inventory software preferred).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and strong record-keeping ability.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering/construction store management.

Hands-on experience with inventory control and store documentation.

Salary/Compensation

?2.5 - 3.5 LPA (depending on skills and experience)
