Job Summary

The Store Executive - E-commerce (Packing Supervisor) is responsible for managing daily packing operations, ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining packing quality, supervising packing staff, and coordinating with inventory and dispatch teams for timely shipments across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities1. Packing & Dispatch Supervision

Supervise daily e-commerce packing operations for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. Ensure orders are packed accurately as per marketplace guidelines and weight standards. Monitor quality of packing materials (boxes, tapes, labels, polybags). Check barcodes, invoices, and shipping labels before dispatch. Ensure timely handover of shipments to courier partners.

2. Team Handling

Assign tasks to packers and helpers; monitor productivity. Train packing staff on SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Maintain discipline, attendance, and daily work allocation.

3. Inventory & Store Coordination

Coordinate with store team to ensure availability of products for packing. Maintain stock of packing materials and raise requirements when needed. Report shortages, damages, or mismatched inventory. Ensure FIFO/FEFO while issuing products for packing.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily packing reports: packed orders, pending orders, cancellations, returns. Record material usage and wastage of packing supplies. Update ERP/Excel with order status and dispatch details.

5. Quality & Compliance

Ensure zero mis-picks, mis-packs, and weight discrepancies. Follow marketplace packing compliance to avoid penalties. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing area. Conduct regular QC checks before shipping.

Required Skills

Knowledge of e-commerce order processing and packing workflows. Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.). Basic computer skills: Excel, order management portals. Strong team handling and time management skills. Good communication and operational coordination.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
