The Store Executive is responsible for day-to-day store operations, customer handling, inventory management, and ensuring smooth retail functioning while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure cleanliness and proper display of products
Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist with product selection
Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately
Maintain stock levels, receive goods, and coordinate replenishment
Keep records of inventory, sales, and daily reports
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and store SOPs
Coordinate with the store manager for promotions and offers
Prevent stock loss and report discrepancies immediately
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Receive incoming materials as per the delivery challan and PO.
2. Verify quality, quantity, and condition of materials.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records.
4. Ensure proper stacking and identification of all materials.
5. Perform regular stock checks and reconciliation.
6. Issue materials as per MR
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
8. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
9. Ensure proper packaging of materials/ Spare.
10. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
11. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
12. Maintain inward/outward register, GRNs, issue slips, and other records.
13. Update stock entries in ERP/software regularly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
