to manage the inventory and store operations at our real estate project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials and supplies efficiently to support construction and project execution activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials, verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
Maintain proper storage and categorisation of materials and supplies.
Issue materials to site teams as per the approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records (manual and computerised).
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Ensure proper labelling and safety of stored items.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the store area.
Track slow-moving and obsolete inventory and report to the management.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree B.com or Diploma in Inventory Management / Logistics / Supply Chain or any relevant field.
Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role in the
real estate or construction industry
is preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of construction materials is an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
Must be comfortable working at project sites.
May require occasional travel to other site locations.
Salary:
10000 to 15000 (per month as per experience)
