The Store Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and consumables used in the paper box manufacturing process. The role ensures timely issuance and receipt of materials, stock accuracy, and proper storage and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
2. Maintain proper stock levels of raw materials (e.g., paper sheets, inks, adhesives), tools, and spare parts.
3. Issue materials to production as per requirement and ensure proper documentation.
4. Update inventory records in ERP or manual registers regularly.
5. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
6. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of items for easy identification.
7. Coordinate with purchase and production teams to maintain smooth material flow.
8. Track slow-moving and obsolete items and report to management.
9. Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
2. 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing store, preferably in printing or packaging industry.
3. Basic knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
4. Good understanding of storekeeping practices, stock control, and FIFO/LIFO methods.
