Job Description

Core

1. Ensure zero loss with proper stock keeping at stores and proper handling of stocks.

2. Checking of actual weight of Raw Materials as per Weigh Bridge and counting of packing & other materials.

3. Issue of GRN for all RM and other materials as per matching specifications quality and quantity and only on actual receipt basis and incase of any shortage or damage received, debit notes to be raised on vendor within TAT.

4. Booking of AP invoices of all raw materials, Consumables, Marcom and other items in SAP

5. Booking of all inward freight expenses through landed cost and forwarding freight through gate entry.

6. Timely goods issue from stores or warehouses on FIFO basis as per material requisition slip.

7. Gate passes for all outgoing items from factory/office/warehouses.

8. Record all scrap items highlighted by Plant operation team in scrap warehouses of SAP and inform commercial team for timely disposal

9. Monthly physical stock reconciliation & all stock adjustment entries in SAP after taking necessary approvals.

10. Preparation and timely submission of various MIS as required by Head - Finance & IT and other cross functional HOD's

11. Daily reconciliation of SAP GRPO and outward Invoice entries with security gate Inward and Outward records.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
