The Store Executive will be responsible for managing billing activities and supporting day-to-day store operations. The role involves handling the billing desk, maintaining records, assisting in stock updates, and coordinating with the store team for smooth operations. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer billing and invoicing through the store's billing software/POS system.
Maintain accurate billing records and daily sales reports.
Assist in stock entry, product tagging, and inventory updates.
Support the store manager in operational tasks such as record keeping and coordination.
Prepare and update basic Excel reports related to billing and operations.
Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for billing or stock-related matters.
Follow company policies and maintain timely reporting of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in billing or store operations preferred.
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Billing software).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.
