The Store Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely material availability, and maintaining proper documentation. The role involves coordination with procurement, production, and accounts departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and issued.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders when required.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchase and production departments for material planning.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Manage inward and outward gate passes and maintain related documentation.
Oversee the housekeeping and organization of the store area.
Support logistics and dispatch operations as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Zoho Inventory, etc.).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory control methods and safety standards.
