Job Summary:


The Store Executive is responsible for the management, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging materials. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, efficient inventory control, and accurate record-keeping to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging materials in designated storage areas. Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and shelf-life monitoring of materials. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and material usage. Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out) to prevent expiry.

Material Issuance and Distribution:

Issue raw materials and packaging materials as per production requirements. Prepare and maintain material requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability. Ensure that the right materials are issued in the correct quantities and batches.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure material quality and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Verify the authenticity of materials by checking the supplier's certificate of analysis (COA), batch numbers, and expiry dates. Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.

Stock Replenishment and Ordering:

Monitor stock levels and ensure that raw materials and packaging materials are reordered in a timely manner. Collaborate with the procurement team to track material lead times and order accordingly to avoid production delays. Track back-ordered items and ensure prompt follow-ups with suppliers.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including receipts, issuance, returns, and stock transfers. Ensure that all materials are stored with appropriate documentation (e.g., batch records, certificates, etc.). Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and stock reports.

Safety and Housekeeping:

Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure that materials are stored according to safety protocols, avoiding contamination and damage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage areas.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on inventory levels, material usage, and any stock discrepancies. Prepare reports on stock consumption, inventory variance, and stock status.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field. Previous experience in material management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with pharmaceutical GMP standards and regulatory compliance. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
