Provide recommendations and support customers in locating items.
Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate supervisor.
Process sales transactions accurately at the checkout.
Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and maintain product displays.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
Maintain store cleanliness, including shelves, floors, and common areas.
Follow store procedures for opening, closing, and security.
Support promotional activities and ensure promotional displays are accurate.
Assist in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement.
Monitor stock levels and inform the manager of low or out-of-stock items.
