We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Store Executive
to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth functioning of the store department. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience in store/inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and recording materials.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in the system (ERP/HIS/Excel).
Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
Monitor stock movement and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and department heads for timely supply.
Maintain inward/outward registers, GRN, material issue slips, and documentation.
Track fast-moving and slow-moving items; avoid stock-out situations.
Ensure compliance with store policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management review.
Handle vendor communication regarding delivery schedules and material quality.
Support annual audits and physical stock verification.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in commerce/management or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in store or inventory management.
Knowledge of ERP/HIS software and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
