The

Store and Dispatch Executive

in a cosmetic factory setting is responsible for the end-to-end management of finished goods inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. This role ensures products are accurately tracked, properly packaged, and delivered to customers or distributors in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

: Managing incoming finished goods, maintaining accurate records using systems like SAP or Tally, conducting stock verification, monitoring levels, and implementing FIFO. This also includes managing returns and damaged items.

Dispatch Operations

: Planning and executing dispatches, preparing documentation such as invoices and e-way bills, coordinating with transporters, tracking shipments, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling.

Coordination and Reporting

: Liaising with other departments like production and sales, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and preparing reports on stock and dispatch performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required, while a degree in a relevant field can be helpful.

Experience

: 1-5 years in storekeeping or dispatch, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems, with knowledge of courier portals being beneficial.

Soft Skills

: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
