Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing items according to orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Dispatch Coordination: Arranging transportation, coordinating with drivers and carriers, and monitoring shipment status.
Documentation: Preparing and verifying necessary paperwork for incoming goods and outgoing dispatches, including tax invoices and bills of lading.
Quality Control: Inspecting incoming goods for quality and compliance with purchase orders, and ensuring packaging meets safety standards.
Process Improvement: Implementing efficient store layouts and optimizing dispatch processes to improve operations and reduce errors.
Safety and Security: Following established safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment and protect company assets.
Reporting: Preparing performance reports on store operations, inventory levels, and dispatch activities for management review.
