Manage daily stock levels (raw materials & finished goods), perform monthly counts, and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate all dispatch activities: arrange transport, generate invoices, and send shipping updates to clients.
Maintain accurate records: update Tally, daily sales files, the RG1 register, and order tracking sheets.
Prepare key reports: daily sales summaries and monthly Tata AIG reports.
Process Material Receipt Notes (MRNs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
Requirements:
Experience in dispatch, inventory, or logistics.
Must be proficient in Tally.
Strong skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills to coordinate with Sales and Production teams.
