Job Description

Walk in interviews from 17/11/2025 to 22/11/2025 between 12pm to 5pm

Key responsibilities:



Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, ensuring accurate storage and maintaining stock levels.

Stock Control:

Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and raise replenishment requests to ensure timely availability of supplies.

Issuance and Distribution:

Issue medical and general supplies to various hospital departments based on approved requisitions.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or manual systems and prepare consumption reports.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure the store is clean, secure, and complies with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NABH/JCI).

Auditing:

Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, negotiating terms, and managing purchase orders.

Disposal:

Ensure the proper disposal of obsolete or expired items.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
