Store & Delivery Associate

Function:

Last-Mile Delivery | Store Operations Support

Reporting to:

Store & Billing Associate / City Operations Lead

Role Overview

The Store & Delivery Associate will primarily be responsible for

timely and accurate deliveries

. When not on delivery duty, the associate will actively support

store operations

, including packing, put-away, customer coordination, and basic inventory tasks.

This role follows a

multi-hat operating model

, ensuring flexibility and operational continuity.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations

Execute timely deliveries as per defined routes and priorities Ensure proper handling of material during transit Collect acknowledgements and return documents, if applicable

Store Operations Support

Assist in picking, packing, and staging orders for dispatch Support inward material checking and put-away Help resolve basic customer queries related to deliveries

Customer Interaction

Represent the company professionally at customer locations Communicate delivery delays or issues proactively

Operational Discipline

Maintain delivery records and daily logs Follow SOPs related to safety, handling, and documentation

Eligibility & Profile

Must possess a

valid driving license

Own two-wheeler preferred

(maintenance & fuel allowances applicable) Prior delivery experience in healthcare, pharma, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred Basic comfort with mobile apps and communication tools

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
