Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient

Store Data Entry Operator

with strong experience in

Tally ERP

and

inventory management involving multiple SKUs

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing store inventory data in the system to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter stock inward and outward data into

Tally ERP

and internal inventory systems. Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory movements including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, and sales returns. Handle data related to

multiple SKUs

, ensuring correct categorization, barcoding, and stock levels. Reconcile physical stock with system data on a regular basis. Coordinate with store staff and procurement teams to ensure timely data entry and inventory accuracy. Generate reports related to inventory status, shortages, and overstock. Ensure all data is entered as per standard operating procedures with zero errors. Support audits by providing accurate data and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in store data entry or inventory handling.

Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9)

is a must. Experience in managing data for

high-volume SKUs across multiple categories

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environments. Knowledge of barcode systems and inventory scanning tools. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems other than Tally is a plus.
