Monitoring and tracking shipments. Coordinating with logistics providers, drivers, and warehouse staff for timely deliveries.
Issue resolution:
Resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the storage or dispatch process.
Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities and preparing reports for management review.
Qualifications and skills
Education:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like logistics or supply chain management, though some roles may not require a postgraduate degree.
Experience:
Previous experience in a storekeeper, warehouse, or dispatch role is often required.
