Key Responsibilities: -

1. Material Receipt & Inspection: -

Receive material such as Optical Fiber Cables, HDPE Ducts, Joint Closures, Splitters, LSP's, Racks, Routers & other accessories. Verify the quality & quantity against Delivery Challans, PO & BOM. Ensure proper documentation (GRNs & Inward Register).

2. Stores & Inventory Management: -

Organize and stores materials with proper labeling, stacking & Safety. Conduct regular physical verification & stock reconciliation Maintain accurate Inventory records - Inwards, Issue, balance stock.

3. Issue & Dispatch:-

Issue material to trenching, paying and installation teams against MRNs or Indents. Maintain returnable & dispatch between Gate pass record for site movement. Coordinate martials dispatch between Central & field locations.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Arrange Daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for Stock Highlight material delays, shortages and discrepancies proactively

5. Site Assets Tracking

Maintain records of tools, equipment & fiber testing kits (OTDR, splicing machines etc) Ensure proper return of assets from sites Prepare & maintain Assets Register

6. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all documentation is in line with company policies Prepare & maintain Daily Stock Register, Issue Register & Material Consumption register. Ensure GST, E-way bills & logistics documentation are accurately maintained. Ensure Contractor/Service Partner compliances - PF/ESI Registration, GST Registration & Labour license etc..


7. Safety Norms


To ensure Safety of material the following points are required to be observed:

List of Important phone numbers of Police, Fire Department, Ambulance, Hospital/ Nursing Home are to be kept handy. Operational Fire Extinguisher are to be located at a convenient place. All hazardous fire catching material that comes along with material as packaging material must be kept stacked in a corner away from usable material.
