This position reports to \'Manager, Sourcing & Operative Procurement\'. To excel in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of Inventory Management and a thorough knowledge of Stores / Warehouse procedures. We expect from you precision and care in daily activities as well as self-initiative and a positive attitude towards teamwork. This position is responsible for managing the stores for receipt and issue of materials, accounting of material, documentation, preservation, and dealings with suppliers / subcontractors for purchasing. In this position, you will be responsible for: Inventory management and control, maintain adequate inventory and replenish it based on demand/supply forecasts, coordinated with the Supply chain team & Suppliers for monitoring the quality and the timely delivery of the incoming materials. Receipt of incoming goods & make GRN in SAP, 100 % Identification & labeling /Tagging of all received materials. Storage of received materials in designated Storage Racks for entire space utilization. On time submission of supplier invoice and sale Invoice to finance with relevant documents. Close co-ordination with Planning, Quality & Production team, On time material issue in system Fulfill 100% materials requirement of Production (line feeding) to maintain the Zero down time & Increase the Production Efficiency. 100% Warehouse utilization/ Efficiency and Maintain 5\'S discipline in stores. Responsibility for custody of all Raw material, Packing Material, Spare parts and Finished Goods as per books. Inventory audits of all In-house material on Monthly/Quarterly/Annually. Maintaining FIFO principle for all raw material & finish goods Inventory (especially Shelf life of materials) Arranging vehicles for local transportation in coordination with logistics team. Monitoring on forklift operation for material loading, unloading, Internal material movements. Manpower management in warehouse. Undertaking additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the company. Supporting supply chain for workload optimization & distribution for effective transportation management to ensure timely availability of vehicles, safe and on-time delivery, and adherence of safety guidelines. Monitoring all dispatch activity physically as well as in SAP for timely updating dispatch details. Advising payments as per payment cycle to Transporter, CHA, Freight forwarder after bill verification. Preparing and managing shipping documentations, e.g., Invoice in SAP, E-invoice on Govt Portal and E-waybill etc. Maintaining store register (server) at all times. Consistent delivery of communications and reports (MIS) to maximize use of available tools and other information systems. Actively participating in inventory & WH-sing audits (both external and internal) from time to time. Adhering to company\'s Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) procedures. Adhering to company\'s Values, Business principles, Code of conduct and Sustainability policies. To succeed this role, you will need: 5+ years of minimum experience in relevant field. SAP system complete mastery. Hands on experience of MS Office (Word & Excel). Good knowledge of GST and HS Codes. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
