Key Responsibilities
:
1. Responsible for day-to-day running of all the stores.
2. Material storage in RM / WIP inventory and rejection stores and issue and receipt of material from and to the stores.
3. Maintaining stores procedures, bin cards, stock ledges and FIFO / LIFO systems.
4. Receiving of goods from various suppliers, verifying them as per PO, etc.
5. Check the condition of the items received and its packaging; arise complain in case of defects and return rejected goods; maintain proper documentation.
6. Identifying the correct store location of the individual items and storing them as per storing instructions.
7. Forwarding all the documents to accounts and other relevant departments for payments, taxes, etc.
8. To segregate scrap and arrange for its disposal.
9. Preparation of weekly / monthly MIS reports as required by the management and ensure that all activities related to stores are carried out as per specifications.
Qualification
:
. Diploma in Mechanical, B.Com or Any Graduate with minimum 2-5 years of experience.
. Knowledge of working on SAP MM
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
