Job Description

Tracking Inventory Levels:

Ensuring sufficient stock to meet customer demand and avoiding stockouts.

Ordering Products:

Working with suppliers to replenish stock and manage inventory levels.

Stock Control:

Maintaining accurate records of inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring proper storage. Team Leadership and Management:

Supervising Staff:

Training, motivating, and supervising employees to ensure they provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

Hiring and Training:

Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to fill positions as needed.

Scheduling and Workload:

Managing employee schedules and workload to ensure efficient store operations. Core Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Supplier Management:

Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, establishing relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Procurement Planning:

Forecasting needs, analyzing demand patterns, and developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and minimize risks.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring inventory levels, managing material and equipment inventories, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Cost Analysis and Negotiation:

Analyzing costs, negotiating pricing, and ensuring the best value for money.

Order Management:

Placing purchase orders, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

Supplier Relations:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring the quality of procured items and addressing any issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting purchasing decisions.

Coordination:

Working with internal teams, including stores, production, and other departments.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
