Store Captain
(a.k.a. the face, voice & vibe of Bagel Brigade)

What you'll do

Own the store, end to end. Open it. Run it. Close it. Interact with customers like a human, not a script. Make first-timers feel welcome. Make regulars feel seen. Keep the counter sharp, the service fast, the vibe on-point. Handle orders, basic inventory checks & daily ops smoothly. Spot problems before they become problems.

What we're looking for

High energy. Sharp presence. Good talker. Takes ownership naturally (no babysitting needed). Loves people, mornings, and fast-paced environments. Gets brands, aesthetics, and why vibe matters*.
Prior cafe/QSR experience is a plus, but
