Job Description

1. Follow all departmental procedures and work instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

2. Daily Verify Stock Book Qty V/s Actual Qty and update stock statement.

3. Check the bill for Items, Rate, Qty as per PO after receiving the inward material and Return the checked bill with Inward Stamp to security for Inward Entry.

4. To check received stock against invoices & Ensure Proper and Safe Loading & Unloading of material.

5. To place the Inward Material to its proper location with FIFO Sticker.

6. Timely Preparation of GRN, 57F4 & Other Challans, Bills, Invoices as required and take necessary follow up.

7. To forward approved bills to Account Department for record & clearance.

8. File & maintain all purchase documents like Mod vat, Delivery challans, Excise Registers, Annexure, etc

9. Prepare & maintain material consumption report in excel with daily inward & issue.

10. Inward material as per invoice quantity should be entered in the stock book. Physical checking of material before issuing to Production

None of the material should be issued by stores to the production without requisition slip.

11. Maintain 5S in Stores. All items must be kept In specified location

12. Arrange material as per FIFO procedure in the racks.

13. Train Stores operators on FIFO, 5S and related activities.

14. Collection of the cheques from Accounts Department & distribute the same by coordinating with concerned parties / vendors

15. To maintain & update Petty Cash Book / Register.

16. To make Sales entries to prepare tax invoice.

17. Forward the Daily & Monthly Stock Report and concern issues (if any) to the Supervisor

18. Assist with Account Department and comply with necessary audit, Filling, Record Keeping Etc.

Qualification :



Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Computer skills including the ability to operate cash register, computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level

Time management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
