Role Overview
The Store & Billing Associate will be responsible for
end-to-end store operations
, including billing, order processing, inventory control, customer coordination, and dispatch readiness. This role is critical to ensuring timely order fulfilment, accurate invoicing, stock discipline, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the distribution centre.
This is a
multi-responsibility role
, where the associate is expected to actively support operations beyond billing when required.
Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Order Processing
Generate accurate invoices in ERP systems for daily orders
Ensure correct pricing, taxes, batch details, and documentation
Coordinate pick, pack, and dispatch readiness
Inventory & Store Management
Maintain daily stock accuracy through inward checks, put-away, cycle counts, and reconciliations
Monitor expiry, damages, short supplies, and report discrepancies
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance readiness
Customer & Payment Coordination
Track customer payments and follow up as per defined credit terms
Coordinate resolution of customer complaints related to billing, delivery, or shortages
Act as the first point of contact for operational customer queries
Dispatch & Service Level Support
Ensure orders are dispatched within defined turnaround time (TAT)
Coordinate with delivery associates for routing and prioritization
Track pending deliveries and closures
Cross-Functional Support
Support audits, documentation, and compliance requirements
Assist with reporting, MIS updates, and operational dashboards
Eligibility & Profile
Preferred:
B.Pharm / D.Pharm candidates with valid pharmacy license (license to be submitted and available for registration)
Also Eligible:
Non-pharmacists with prior experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare wholesale distribution
Experience in billing, inventory, or store operations is strongly preferred
Comfortable using ERP systems, billing software, and basic Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?220,000.00 - ?320,000.00 per year
