Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Store Associate

to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and help drive sales by assisting customers with purchases and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information. Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns or exchanges. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented. Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management. Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, including fitting rooms, counters, and restrooms. Follow all company procedures regarding safety, loss prevention, and inventory control. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic math and computer skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
