Starting from an Instagram page with an initial investment of INR 50,000, we have faced numerous challenges to enhance our skills and build a happy customer base. Today, we are a rapidly growing team of 50+ people, supported by a dedicated production team. We have a trusted customer base of 2.5 lakh women and a strong presence on all major social media platforms, with 380K followers on Instagram and 55K on Facebook.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Store Executive with exceptional qualities, dedication, and strong communication skills.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Provide Excellent Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries within the store prompltly and efficiently.
Identify customer needs and provide clear and helpful information about our products or services.
Assist customers withany products and their needs within the store.
Make efforts to minimize customer cancellations and returns in store.
Follow up and upsell with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and sales are achieved.
Analyze and Report Issues:
Update internal databases with information on store inventory stock.
Report daily sales to the accounts team and supervisors with detailed breakdowns.
Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Identify and Convert Opportunities:
Work on spreading new product information and alunches with regular retail customers and on the website and marketplaces.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the customer satisfaction.
Cross selling and upselling of products to existing or new customers with individual and team efforts.
Who You Are:
Experience
: Minimum 1 year in a similar profile/designation.
Education
: Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute/university. (Candidates pursuing their Bachelor's degree can also apply)
Skills
:
Capability of managing customer facing responsibilities and .
Should have analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Well organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask with great follow-up skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Emails, and Social Media Platforms.
