High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or stock maintenance in an FMCG factory. Knowledge of stock handling procedures and safety standards is a plus.

Job Summary:



The Stock Maintainer is responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in an FMCG manufacturing factory. This role ensures accurate stock records, proper handling, and timely replenishment to support smooth production and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Stock Management



Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring minimum and maximum stock levels are met. Update stock registers and Excel Sheet regularly. Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records. Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies or shortages.
2.

Receiving & Issuing Materials



Receive raw materials and packaging materials from suppliers, verifying quantity and quality. Issue materials to production as per requisition and ensure proper documentation. Track finished goods movement from production to storage area Ensure proper labelling and tagging of stock for easy identification.
3.

Inventory Control & Audit



Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to prevent loss or wastage. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) stock rotation methods. Identify slow-moving and near-expiry stock and report to management.
4.

Store Organization & Safety



Ensure proper stacking, arrangement, and cleanliness of stock in the Store area Follow safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain product quality. Assist in the implementation of warehouse best practices to optimize space utilization.
5.

Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with the , production team, and dispatch team for smooth stock flow. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Notify management of low stock levels, damages, or discrepancies.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Pay: ?8,159.57 - ?18,000.00 per month
