Job Overview

We are looking for a

Raw Material Store Associate

who will be responsible for

raw material dispensing operations

, including accurate weighing, documentation, traceability, and issuing of materials to manufacturing. The role requires attention to detail, basic technical understanding, and strong data management skills to ensure smooth and compliant manufacturing support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Dispense raw materials as per approved batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and production indents. Accurately

weigh raw materials

using calibrated weighing balances and ensure zero error dispensing. Fill and maintain

dispensing records, traceability logs, and batch-wise documentation

as per SOPs. Ensure proper labeling of dispensed materials with batch number, quantity, status, and identification details. Maintain real-time data of material issuance, balance stock, and dispensing records in

Excel/ERP systems

. Follow FIFO and FEFO principles during material selection and dispensing.

Qualifications:

B.Sc./B.Pharm

or graduation in a related domain.

0-1 year of experience

in RM store/warehouse/dispensing operations preferred (freshers can be considered). Basic understanding of

raw material handling and dispensing processes

(cosmetic/pharma/FMCG preferred). Good working knowledge of

MS Excel and basic data management

. Ability to understand and communicate in

Gujarati

(at least comprehension level is mandatory). High level of

accuracy, discipline, and willingness to learn

. Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable working in a shopfloor/manufacturing environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?260,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
