Store Associate (Female)

to assist customers in selecting premium fashion and jewellery pieces, provide exceptional service, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Provide detailed information about the brand's fashion and jewellery collections, quality, and pricing. Assist in processing sales transactions, handling billing, and ensuring accurate documentation. Maintain store aesthetics, product displays, and inventory organization. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally to enhance their shopping experience. Follow store security protocols and operational guidelines. Support store promotions, events, and marketing activities as required.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Prior experience in retail, fashion, or jewellery sales is preferred.

Languages:

Must be proficient in

English

for effective customer interaction.

Skills:

Strong customer service and sales skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic computer skills for billing and stock management. Keen interest in fashion and jewellery trends.

Appearance & Professionalism:

Well-groomed with a friendly and stylish approach.
