Pandan Club Restaurant in T. Nagar seeks an experienced Store Assistant Cum In Charge for the Restaurant Operations.
As a Restaurant & Stores Supervisor, you will lead daily service operations while maintaining strict oversight of our inventory and supply chain. You will ensure that every guest receives a premium experience and that the "store" (inventory, equipment, and supplies) is managed with 100% accuracy to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily shifts, manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff, and ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
Inventory & Store Management: Maintain par levels for food, beverage, and dry goods. Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits to track usage and reduce shrinkage.
Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of storage and kitchen areas to ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience: At least 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Pet Pooja) and Microsoft Office (Excel for inventory tracking).
