Store Assistant

Job Description

Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock handling, and dispatch. Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement. Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and proper storage of materials. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for stock planning and order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions to avoid shortages. Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO practices as per product type. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and MIS reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
