Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator & Dispatch Executive to manage daily office operations, coordinate dispatch activities, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working with computer systems and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Coordination:
Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
Maintain records, files, and office documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Manage emails, phone calls, and client communication professionally
Ensure office supplies and stationery availability
Dispatch & Operations:
Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, packing list)
Coordinate with logistics, transporters, and courier partners
Track dispatched materials and ensure timely delivery
Maintain dispatch registers and delivery status records
Resolve dispatch-related queries and follow up on pending deliveries
Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for order processing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
