Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Help customers locate products and provide basic product information Receive, unpack, and organize stock Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe at all times Assist with inventory counts and stock control Making GRN ,Stock Report Handle customer questions, complaints, or returns politely and efficiently Follow store policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate (preferred) Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Team-oriented with a positive attitude
