We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to manage inventory, ensure smooth store operations, and support the supply chain process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain documentation.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
Monitor expiry dates and shelf life of products (if applicable).
Operate store management software or ERP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Assist in implementing FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in store/inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., retail, manufacturing, FMCG].
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
