We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Store Executive with prior experience in supermarket or retail store operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible, loyal, and capable of handling day-to-day store activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain overall store operations.
Handle stock management: receiving, arranging, and issuing inventory.
Ensure products are properly labeled, displayed, and organized.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
Assist in billing, customer service, and handling queries as needed.
Perform daily stock entries and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with vendors for supplies and deliveries.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in supermarket or retail store management is mandatory.
Strong understanding of store operations and stock handling.
Hardworking, loyal, and trustworthy personality.
Good communication and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks when required.
