Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily online orders from Zomato and other delivery platforms.
Ensure all customer orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
Maintain proper stock records and update inventory regularly.
Coordinate with the production and supply teams to ensure stock availability.
Keep track of online and offline sales reports and maintain records.
Assist with billing, order tracking, and customer updates.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and product quality standards are maintained in the store.
Support periodic stock audits and replenishment planning.
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work in flexible shifts if required.
