Store Inventory Executive

with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end store inventory operations. Skilled in purchasing coordination, bill entry, stock updates, FIFO compliance, and buffer stock planning. Known for

speed and accuracy in system handling

, strong keyboard skills, and the ability to independently manage store inventory with minimal supervision. Committed to maintaining clean, well-organized stores and zero stock loss.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle

complete store inventory operations

independently Coordinate

purchasing and timely order placement

based on stock levels Verify inward materials (bill check, quantity check, quality check) Perform

bill entry and stock update

in system accurately and on time Maintain

FIFO (First In First Out)

strictly for all materials Monitor and maintain

Minimum Stock Level (MSL) & buffer stock

Conduct

daily and periodic physical stock checks

Identify variances, shortages, excess stock and report immediately Ensure

zero stock loss and proper documentation

Maintain

cleanliness and systematic arrangement

of the store Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and shelf-life tracking Coordinate with kitchen, accounts, and management teams

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical / System Skills

Very fast in

system handling & keyboard operations

Experience in inventory software / POS (Petpooja or similar preferred) Strong knowledge of stock registers, inward & outward records Good command of MS Excel / basic computer operations

Operational Skills

Inventory planning & control FIFO & expiry management Purchase coordination Stock reconciliation & variance control

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Diploma or Degree preferred) Inventory / store handling experience in restaurant or retail is an advantage

EXPERIENCE

1-3 years of experience in

store inventory / stock handling

preferred Freshers with strong system knowledge and willingness to learn can apply
