Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage the inventory and store operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will maintain stock levels, ensure proper storage, and manage materials issuance and receipts in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record materials delivered to the site. Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward movement of materials. Issue materials to various departments or subcontractors as per indent. Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular physical stock verification. Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for stock reconciliation and invoicing. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and storage materials. Ensure all items are stored properly to avoid damage or wastage. Update and maintain stock register/manual or ERP-based inventory system. Track and manage tools, equipment, and returnable items.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word etc.) Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / Under Graduate in any discipline 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a textile environment

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
