We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Store Assistants / Team Members to support daily store operations. The role involves customer service, food and beverage preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork to ensure a pleasant customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and take orders efficiently
Prepare and serve beverages and snacks as per company standards
Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, kitchen, and customer areas
Assist in stock monitoring and inform management of replenishment needs
Work collaboratively with team members for smooth store operations
Follow company policies, health, and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum High School qualification
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
Basic English and Hindi communication is mandatory
Willingness to work rotational shifts with flexible weekly offs
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
