Job Description

Inventory Management:

Track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for restocking, and organize product displays.

Sales and Operations:

Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue and manage daily store operations for efficiency.

Staff Supervision:

Supervise and guide store staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.

Customer Service:

Oversee customer service, and work with the store manager to develop strategies to increase satisfaction.

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and describe product benefits.

Sales Transactions:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store, including restocking shelves and setting up displays.

Inventory Support:

Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and helping to ensure adequate stock.

Problem Resolution:

Handle customer issues professionally and courteously, escalating complex matters to the manager when necessary.

Pay: ₹9,168.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
