We are looking for a Store Assistant to support daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient management of materials. This role assists the Store Incharge/Assistant Material Manager in maintaining accurate records, organizing stock, and coordinating with production and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily inward & outward of materials and ensure FIFO in raw material issues.
Update stock ledger, prepare delivery challans, and maintain proper filing.
Assist in physical stock verification and monthly inventories.
Handle ERP entries for purchase bills, material issues, and reports.
Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for GST and debit notes.
Support Store Incharge and Assistant Purchase Manager; manage store in their absence.
Ensure proper storage, identification, security, and housekeeping of store items.
Skills Required:
1-3 years in manufacturing store operations.
Knowledge of ERP & inventory management.
Good coordination, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
