Position Overview:
As a Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, assisting guests with their purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service while helping to manage inventory and ensure that the store is well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and displaying products.
Ensure all products are properly priced and tagged.
Monitor stock levels and notify the manager of low inventory.
Answer customer queries and provide product recommendations.
Adhere to all resort policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A passion for customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
