Job description Stock Verification:
- Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately enter stock quantities and related data into the inventory management system.
Item Verification:
Verify the item code and cross-check with the complete specifications to ensure accuracy.
Determine the purpose of consumption for each item (e.g., production, sales, internal use) and update records accordingly.
Store Verification:
Confirm the correct store location and details before performing inventory checks.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to store information.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and store staff regarding stock levels and related information.
Document any special remarks or instructions related to specific items. Qualifications:
- Graduate of Diploma Holder with to 1 to3years of experience
- Previous experience in inventory management or similar roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to analyse data and generate reports related to inventory levels.
