Assist in managing , maintaining and report all inventory at Sites Assist in preparation of periodic MIS to management In-transit MIS Maintenance and reporting Damaged Goods MIS Maintenance and reporting Assist in maintaining n daily inventories of all assets, consumables, tools and tackles Preventive maintenance of all assets Stock and materials management - Maintain smart database of inventory to optimise company assets. Conduct random checks, audit and reconciliation on existing inventory Security, safety and access of inventories. Ensure Project Closure reconciliation with Planning and Stores & Logistics Vendor management - Negotiation with vendors for transportation Maintain Vendor database Vendor Reconciliation Generate Vendor MIS and share with management Stock taking at periodic intervals - please expand on the time period Stocks reconciliation Active Participation in process mapping, inputs mapping, MIS reports, Testing, Parallel Run and Go Live as per ERP Project Management deliverables Adherence to quality ,safety ,ethics and integrity standards of the company. Ensure proper tracking of all materials at all sites and proper entry in ERP. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 924,000.00 per month Benefits:
