Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Inventory & Stock Control: Receive, store, and track materials; manage stock levels, process orders, organize displays, conduct audits, and handle returns/pending items.
Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers, recommend products, resolve complaints, and implement strategies to boost sales and satisfaction.
Staff Supervision: Train, guide, and supervise store personnel.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare sales and inventory reports, manage records (e.g., in Excel/SAP), and coordinate with accounts/suppliers.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, security (e.g., 5S, ISO), and company policies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in retail or store management.
Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and basic business management.
Proficiency in MS Office and potentially inventory software like ERP
