Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records of materials, tools, and equipment.
Issue materials to project and site teams as per requirement.
Receive, check, and store incoming materials and samples.
Keep the store area organized and ensure proper labeling of items.
Coordinate with the
purchase and design departments
for material requirements.
Prepare inventory reports and assist in regular stock audits.
Ensure safe handling and storage of fragile or high-value materials.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of
store management, inventory control, and record-keeping.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Prior experience in
architectural/interior/construction materials
preferred.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma holder (any discipline).
1-4 years of experience as a Store Assistant or in a similar role.
